He’s the bloke behind our taps, working hard (and taste-testing, not that he’s complaining) to bring you some of the finest and freshest craft beer Clifton Hill has to offer. Our microbrewery is in full swing, cranking out all-natural, full-flavoured brews that go from tank to tap in a flash – you really can’t get a fresher pour than this!

You’ll find our ever-evolving range of beers right here on tap and in cans from our bottleshop. Thirteen taps keep things interesting, pouring everything from smooth Nitrogen Irish Red Ale and rich Russian Imperial Stouts to tangy seasonal sours like our staff-favourite Raspberry Sour. And with award-winning brews regularly pouring, there’s always something worth sampling.

Our beers are brewed for the season, so there’s always something new to discover. Come and taste the pride of Clifton Hill – where every pint is handcrafted, full-flavoured, and served with a local twist.

Australian International Beer Awards 2021
In his debut competition, Brewer Jake snagged three Bronze medals at the 2021 Australian International Beer Awards (AIBA). Not a bad start, eh? We couldn’t be prouder of Jake and our brews – it’s proof that our little brewpub is making a big splash!

Back in 2019, our Dark Ale took home a coveted Gold medal at the AIBA – the biggest beer showdown in the country, where breweries of all sizes come to prove their best. This dark beauty has earned its place on our taps and is the perfect pour to enjoy by our cosy open fire. So grab a pint and savour a sip of gold medal goodness!

Our Raspberry Sour, BBA Dark Ale, and Brewer’s reserve Russian Imperial Stout in Bourbon Barrels also collected bronze medals – we are stoked with the results.
